Rustic Charm: A Great Northern Builders Bathroom Remodel

When I first arrived at this bathroom remodel project in Portsmouth, NH, I was immediately drawn to the rustic charm and natural beauty of the space. The stonework behind the sink and along the tub stood out, with its rich texture and unique character. Capturing this texture in a tight space like a bathroom can be tricky, but I was excited to take on the challenge.

The client, Melanie at Great Northern Builders, asked me to feature several elements of the bathroom, including the stunning walk-in shower. The finished walls of the shower, with their intricate patterns and earthy tones, were a focal point that I knew would look fantastic in the final photos.

One of my favorite shots from this project is the image of the tub, with the tiles beautifully lit by the raking sunlight coming through the window. This shot perfectly captures the essence of the space, highlighting both the rustic materials and the serene atmosphere.

Working with a new client is always an exciting opportunity, and Melanie made the experience enjoyable and smooth. Her attention to detail and passion for her work were evident, and I’m hopeful this project marks the beginning of a long and fruitful collaboration.
